February has a lot of totally random celebration days that you may use as an excuse to schedule your next meeting! For example, February 1st is the “International Eat Ice Cream for Breakfast Day”. See? It’s the perfect excuse for a nice and cozy meeting at your local Ice Cream shop!
So, let’s see some other holidays that may be used as an excuse for your next meetings:
National Pizza Day
Just like the “International Eat Ice Cream for Breakfast Day”, the National Pizza Day is an awesome excuse to get your comm together to enjoy good food. The National Pizza Day happens on February 9, so you have plenty of time to search for a nice place and invite your friends! Just don’t forget the napkins and protect your dresses!
Make a Friend Day
Make a Friend Day happens two days after the Pizza day, so another nice alternative for your upcoming weeks. Take this day as an opportunity to introduce new members to the community and make it bigger!
Random Acts of Kindness Day
On February 17th we get the “Random acts of Kindness Day”, which is a great opportunity for your community to do something meaningful to those in need. Plenty of local institutions are open to volunteer work, so maybe your community could find something nice to do, being that helping with the reading for a local library or photographing dogs for adoption.
Love Your Pet Day
And, since we’re talking about pets, don’t forget the “Love your Pet Day” on February 20th! This is a quite nice opportunity to show off your dogs, cats, hamsters etc. Try to organize a themed meet after animal prints and invite everyone to share pictures and stories of their pets!
