I recently had the privilege to attend a tea party with the lovely lolitas and gents of the Ohio lolita community. This post will be covering the event: (photo’s by my talented friend Lizzy uncooked_ravioli further editing by me natural_cuteness)
Upon arriving we were graciously welcomed by the head of the Ohio comm and offered macarons! We all stood around and chatted before finding our seats and waiting for the tea party to begin. Before the main food was served, waiters came around with fresh lemonade and iced tea to drink. There were also sales being set up on side tables during this time.
After being treated to some squash soup and a pastry plate, a beautiful tier of sandwiches and some fruit arrived at our tea party table. There was a wide selection including salmon, chicken salad, cucumber, and other delectable sandwich choices. Finally for dessert we were offered tea and there was cake to sample. All the food was fantastic and I felt quite full before dessert.
When everyone had finished eating I decided to interview some lolitas and find out about some of the different people attending the meet.
