16. You always appear on TV wearing dresses. What did your parents say when they saw you in such an attire for the first time? Did they come and see you live? (Russia)
Now that you mention it, my parents have never been to one of my concerts…
17. Your fan club is currently open to Japanese fans only. Do you have plans for an overseas fan club as well? (Russia)
We are working towards opening membership for overseas fans in the near future.
18. Recently you started working as a studio producer as well. Can you tell us a bit about that? Do you like the work? (Russia)
I’m producing a band called CROSS VEIN right now. They’re great so I want all of you to listen to them as soon as possible.
19. On the Versailles single PRINCE & PRINCESS, there is a song called SILENT KNIGHT [instrumental]. Does that mean there was once a version with vocals? (USA)
Yes, originally the song did have vocals.
20. How do you manage to convey your feeling with just your guitar and no vocals or lyrics? (Brazil)
I believe that if there is something you want to express through your guitar, the message will be conveyed!
21. I would like to know about Versailles’ hiatus. Was it because you and Kamijo did not get along, and is this influencing the band’s comeback? What are your feelings towards Kamijo now? (Peru)
(Laughs) No, we get along fine. He is a splendid partner.

23. have you ever considered composing the soundtrack for a movie? What is your favorite guitar solo you have composed? (Mexico)
Composing the song Elizabeth made me feel like I might be able to do that. I like the solo from Grace and Dignity.
24. Did you receive some sort of music education? (Czech Republic)
Actually I’ve never received lessons from anyone.
25. Now that Jupiter and Versailles are active at the same time, how will you decide what songs to use for which project? What do you think about the strict division between the visual kei scene and the non-visual heavy metal scene? (The Netherlands)
Songs change with the vocalist who sings them so their atmosphere changes as well, doesn’t it. Regarding the division between the two genres, that’s the sort of thing I’d like to erase little by little.
26. Please tell us your secret for always looking so young. (China)
Eating lots of vegetables!
27. If you took a member of Versailles as your lover, who would it be, and for what reason? (China)
I don’t want any of them so I’ll go with HIZAKI.
28. Do you have plans to use a 7 string guitar (or even more strings than that)? (China)
I like 7 string guitars but I have a feeling they don’t quite match my style.

I like Taiwanese hot pot!

I’ve been composing instrumental guitar songs for Versailles and Jupiter as well, so you could say that this album is a compilation of the best of my guitar life. I chose “Salvation” as the theme for the new songs. It’s a metal album but I think it’s easy to listen to for everyone. The album turned out to be quite soothing for the soul so please give it a listen! Also I would like to play concerts all over the world so please invite me, everyone!
